“ My wife and I found this charger on the internet and texted Pohanka Nissan to set up an appointment to test drive the car.They responded back in a timely manner,so we agreed on a day and time too see it and test drive it, as we live 3 hours away from the dealership.So we drove there on Tuesday evening and arrived around 4:30pm,and was surprised when we arrived to see the car sitting out front running.We were greeted by our salesman Bill Hamilton and he showed us the car,but it was getting close to dark and could not inspect the vehicle properly due to sun setting,so we asked Bill if we could see it the next morning and decided to get a hotel for the night,and set a time with Bill for the next morning.When we arrived the next morning the car was sitting out front,my wife and I were excited that the car looked exactly as good as the pictures they posted of it on the internet,as we have been deceived by pictures in the past at other dealerships.We test drove the car and decided to purchase it.Bill was an excellent salesman and was not at all pushy or aggressive as we took our time to decide that this was the car for us.The paperwork for the purchase was done in a timely manner and after the car was in our names Bill took the time to explain all the features of the car as we all set in the car,which was a shock to us being the car was a used dodge charger and they were a Honda dealership.We would buy from this dealership again if we need another vehicle. ”

I said not right now and they were not pushy. I enjoyed this service experience and would go back again for some of the services that they recommended. ”

“ Called to get a quote for a 2019 Nissan Altima ADAS system to be recalibrated. Asked for the service department. Received a verbal quote of $615, after she put me on hold to speak with someone to make sure price was correct. Was told the quote could just be an email. I indicated that was fine. Told her lets make an appointment. She said I don't do that let me transfer you to a service technician. Spoke to the technician, had to explain what I needed all over again. He said let me double check the price. Came back with $796 for the price. When I asked why now there is a $181 dollar difference. His response was I am not sure, I am here to help you now. I told him never mind this is extremely unprofessional and I do not do business like this. The issue was not the money the issue was how unprofessional this was handled. ”

“ Tried to buy a Z from them. They are huge on overpromising and underdelivering. Agreed on my trade value sight unseen and had me drive an hour to pick it up just to low ball me by several thousand $$. (Trade in the exact condition I had claimed before getting it) Unwilling to move on the price of several thousand over MSRP on a “new” car they’d had sitting for many months and have several hundred miles on. Extremely arrogant for somewhere that sells NISSANS. Took my business elsewhere who gave me the fair trade value I was seeking without me even needing to ask and well under MSRP on the vehicle I wanted. ”

“ they made my credit application with a different vin number and get a low interest rate, then apply with the right vin number and get a higher interest rate and don't even inform me about it, they didn't inform me that the interest rate has changed and they used their favor that I don't speak much English. I agreed to $608 per month, but later I found out it was 631, they didn't give me information about the price change. When we went there, they told us they couldn't do anything. I definitely do not recommend it. They are deceiving their customers with these cheap tactics, signing with low interest rate, and when I went to pick up the car the next day, they made me sign again and didn’t tell me that the interest rate changed. ”
